Manuel García Moreno

ManuelI joined the Castello lab as a postdoctoral fellow to investigate the interactions of viral RNAs with the host RNA-binding proteins at different stages of infection, using Sindbis and HIV as model RNA viruses. For this purpose, I will adapt the RNA interactome capture to infected cells and apply quantitative proteomics, advanced biological data analysis and state-of-the-art tools in molecular and cellular biochemistry.
